COURSE OBJECTIVES
The US is one of the easiest jurisdictions to do business. However, the United States legal system is renowned for its complexity, comprising federal and state laws, intricate regulatory frameworks, and a dynamic judicial system.
This course will provide a concrete and practical overview of legal issues involved in setting up and doing business in the US. It is designed to bring practical examples for European legal professionals whose companies are considering setting up branches or sister companies in the US. The course will provide lawyers with the necessary knowledge and skills and enables them to make further legal assessments to understand what is the optimal course of action for their businesses.
The course will also include insights from a chartered accountant who will provide practical knowledge on doing business in the US.

Native English-speaking attorneys from Hutchison PLLC. The consultants are qualified professionals with experience in continuing education. In addition, an accountant will provide insights from their expertise for lawyers to better understand the nuances of setting up and doing business in the US.
