Dominique Meert is one of the pioneers in legal design in Belgium. Dominique’s academic background is in economics and law, but after 15+ years in Belgian and international law firms her love of combining separate disciplines led her to an unconventional path: she became an independent consultant.
Dominique likes to stay ahead of the curve and helps others do the same. She has certificates in business design thinking (AMS), digital strategy (Vlerick), innovation (AMS) and visual design (Interaction Design Foundation). Dominique also holds the certificate „Better Contract Design Workshop“ of World Commerce & Contracting. She loves teaching as much as she does learning. Dominique is a guest lecturer in legal design at the universities of Antwerp,
Ghent and Hasselt.
