TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Corporate Counsel Academy is a service offered by ECLA Association Services SPRL. ECLA Association Services SPRL organizes and offers the courses under the name Corporate Counsel Academy.
Payment terms and registration
ECLA Association Services SPRL reserves the right to change prices of the listed offers without notice.
Course fees must be paid prior to start of the first session of the course.
All local bank charges are for delegate’s account.
All the course fees are subject to the current Belgian VAT, if applicable.
Discounts are not cumulative.
Payments are currently only possible as bank transfers. Further options will follow.
Courses will only be performed if the minimum number of participants is reached.
Should circumstances require you to cancel your participation at a booked course, the following charges will apply:
More than 2 weeks prior to the start of the training course – 50% of the course fee
Less than two weeks prior to the start of the training course – full fee.
In all instances, transfer of your registration to a colleague is possible at all times, without any surcharge.
All cancellations or transfers are to be communicated in writing. We will provide confirmation of your cancellation or transfer usually within 5 working days.
If you do not attend one or more sessions of the booked course the full course fee remains payable.
Depending on the nature and consent from both instructors and other participants, we might be able to provide you with according of the missed session.
On occasion, unforeseen circumstances may require us to cancel a course. In such circumstances you will be given as much notice as possible and either a transfer to another course schedule upon consent or a full refund of training course fees.
ECLA Association Services SPRL is committed to maintaining your privacy and the use of your personal information. If at any stage you have a question regarding the personal information that we hold on file, please do not hesitate to contact us.
ECLA Association Services SPRL will not disclose personal information to a third party organization unless we have your prior consent to provide this or you have opted to allow the use of your personal information in the pursuit of performance and delivery of our service to you. If the request for your personal information is for a legal purpose, this we would class as an exception.
The right of ownership in respect of all original work created by the Corporate Counsel Academy remains the property of ECLA Association Services SPRL.
Any complaint concerning ECLA Association Services SPRL invoices shall be lodged in writing within 8 days of invoice date.
All disputes will be decided by the respective courts in Brussels, Belgium even in case of plurality of defendants, actions in intervention and dispute abroad.
