AI FOR IN-HOUSE COUNSEL

COURSE OBJECTIVES

ChatGPT Prompting, Basis & practical use-cases
Large Language Models have dominated the news in the past year. For in-house counsel, this means two distinct things: increased workload to fit new AI-adjacent services into the company’s business offerings; and implementing LLM tools into their own legal work. The workshop deals with the latter – how can you effectively utilise these cutting edge tools, while navigating around the legal implications that could arise. The fact remains that LLMs are incredibly useful and can simplify tedious tasks beyond what was imaginable just a few years ago. Nevertheless – one must be competent in order to not stumble into the common pitfalls that come with LLM, in particular hallucinations, and must understand what the strengths and weaknesses of such tools are.
