COURSE OBJECTIVES
The Negotiating International Contracts in English course is designed to improve your language skills and enhance your techniques for negotiating international commercial contracts in English. As a stand-alone training or a follow-up to the Drafting International Contracts in English course, this one-day workshop covers the essentials of negotiation language, style and strategy and gives you the opportunity to practice effective negotiating techniques and behaviour.
